When you fall, it won't help crawling around down there, you must stand and be ready to fall again!

Electric sight!

HIIIIIII.... eheheh... I was on a trip here in my vacation and one night it started raining a little but suddenly there was lightning all over the sky so I had to grab my camera and take some pictures! Unfortunately I have never tried taking pictures of such phenomenons so I didn't quite know how to install my camera correctly so the pictures didn't end up that well.. But next time I'll be prepared!!! ;D
Hope you all are enjoying your vacations or at least weekends ^^

Mejlgade for Diversity

Hiiii... Sorry I didn't upload last month but had so many things to take care of and so many papers to write so I didn't have the time to take pictures ^^'' Oh well, long story short, this is a couple of pictures from this weekend that I took on a street called Mejlgade in Denmark. Every year they have this event where people from all over the country come to join the feeling of the community and the space for diversity that this event makes. There was over a 100 of different artist playing free concerts, lots of creative stuff and free things one could experience and try. Almost everything from a Sauna to drawing portraits of naked people posing voluntarily.  This is really a great place to be in Denmark if you want to share a beer or an experience with everyone and just be relaxed and have fun! Here are some pictures I took that day (I took about 800 that day)

A nice old car remade into a nice place for having a conversation.

This man had his own very little "Mystery Museum"

Good food at the event - and beer ;)

You could also try to walk on a line

A very beautiful girl in the middle of a dance

Some acrobats during a show

This half car really got jumped a lot! I was surprised it didn't break!

A window of mysteries

Soo, yeah.. HI! :D This time I actually felt a little creative and wanted to take these pictures, though what I show you here is only me trying to find out what I can use this little window for. The story behind the window is that I've recently moved to a new house where I got the basement almost for my own (two rooms and a kitchen + bath). I do share the bath/toilet with my mom that lives upstairs though, and that's where the window comes into the story. See, the bath is quite big and that's really nice, but opposite where you shower, this window is located on the wall for everyone that may walk past it in the basement to look at... At first I didn't like it but I then found the creative perspective in it, and decided to make peace with it through these pictures... Hope you enjoy! :D

The weather hates me ;P

Well well well.... Yes, as said in the title the weather hasn't been very happy with me the last months time. It's been so freezing cold outside + snowing and raining so much I've had to stay inside for most of the time. I had thought of making a little winter collage - but the pictures didn't take themselves and I wasn't leaving my warm cozy bed for much, so pictures are few and shaky... But never mind! Pictures will be put on this blog every month and this time is no different! So here is a bunch of random pictures I've shot this moth :)

The light in darkness

Hellow there! Yeah sorry it slipped yesterday, BUT it won't stop me from putting it up today instead so I hope you forgive me just a little..
Well, as the title says, I believe in the saying that "there's always a light in the darkness", and even though it may seem hard to find, it's really there if you look close enough. I've had my times in the darkness, but even when I look back there's always been something or someone that made my gloomy days a little bright, maybe not the whole day, but just for a minute or two and that's sometimes just what you need to continue. This also reminds me... SMILE! Smile to everyone you see on you way! Because just that simple thing can be a light in ones day, and before you know of it you may have helped many people get a better day just from the little walk from the market to the car, or home to the bus. Just do what you want other people to do to/for you ;D
Well, sorry for the long post, but here's the pictures and maybe you find the little "light" theme in there somewhere ;)

Christmas eve in Denmark is celebrated the 24th in the afternoon
with singing songs while walking hand in hand around the tree
and afterward the gifts are opened.

New years eve I was at a friends house and her neighbor had
put up this nice lights that was reflected in the asphalt

The Wood is my Childhood

Woods, the fresh air, the wind blowing softly through the trees, sounding like raindrops on the leaves.
Silently and cautious the deers crosses the bumpy road,
while we can hear a little toad.
I sit down, studying the small spiderwebs, while the sun sets.
We walk to the car in darkness and silence, not having to think of things like violence.
We feel happy in the wood, both re-living our childhood.

So, well, yeah... My mom and I went for a walk in the woods one evening, and I decided to take my camera with me, and even though It was really cold and started raining, I got some decent pictures. I hope some of you enjoy the nature just as much as us, because there's only gonna be less of it from now on...
Well, next time I'm gonna put something up, it'll be in 2013, then I've had this blog for... 3 years I think? I really appreciate you guys out there that have maybe just seen my blog for the first time or come here from time to time, because I like sharing my photos with others, and even though I'm very bad at putting up pictures, some of you keep coming back... I'm very thankful to all of you!

I hope you all are gonna have a nice Christmas, or just holiday and a happy new year!

BAM! 3 months later huh?!

Damn... I'm sorry I haven't been here in a hell of a time... I just haven't had the feeling of photographing, and when I then forced myself they just felt... plain? But here I am! And since my life isn't a dance on roses right now, I'll do my best to keep this going in hope of letting this be just one little thing in my life that works out well! So here ya go, a bunch of pictures I took of my Roomie in the woods one weekend.
The pictures where taking trying to get the "old time" look on then (no, not "instragram"!)
that is why the ISO is so high on these photos. (ISO makes the picture brighter, but also in less quality)
Oh and once again.. I'm sorry... seriously...

Psst.... I'll update the first Sunday of every month from now on, and by then there'll be more woods, just without this crazy lady!

See Ya!!
